Problems We Have That Are Really The Muscles Fault

Pain in the Feet & Plantar Fasciitis – A lot of people experience problem with their feet, so I’m going to explain exactly what is happening. Think of the back side of your body on a track, everything being connected. The upper back is connected to the low back, the low back is connected to the hamstrings, the hamstrings connected to calves, and the calves connected to the bottom of your feet. Yes you read correctly, you must think of the bottom of the feet as being part of your backside. So when Aging Muscles activate, it creates a stress on the upper and lower back. Since they are all connected, the body finds a weak link along the track, and the weak link suffers the pain. That means one of those items will be in pain. Quite a few people experience that pain in the low back, however, almost as many experience the pain in the feet. So the only way to make the feet pain free is to address the back. The Perfect Back therapy is the only therapy that successfully does this.

Osteoporosis – A condition known to be issues with bone health.   But there is much more to it than that and it’s going to have to take some explaining. First off, I want to tell you about something remarkable. The body, an incredible machine is accustomed to giving the body what it needs, if it needs extra bone, it will create it and if it needs extra muscle, it will create it. When you have an unstable knee, for example, your body will direct your testosterone level to assist it. Awesomeness, until your body is drained of a healthy testosterone level, or drained of being able to create new bone growth. And that’s when things go terribly awry.

The muscles with an incredible network that encompasses the whole body is where things begin in creating osteoporosis. The muscles pull on bone causing them to lose alignment, weakening them, the bones fight back creating more bone, until one day, it just doesn’t have any more bone to create and the bone system is depleted.   Meanwhile, the muscles keep pulling and keep creating a hunched over position which increases the stress to the bones until there’s no fight left.

The muscles have all the power, and if osteoporosis is ever to be eliminated, then the world is going to have to spend a little more time taking care of the spinal muscles, which The Perfect Back is the only therapy to protect those muscles.

Endometriosis – As we go through life and have the occasional injury to our knee or legs, ankles, or possibly even foot injuries, the body’s main course of action is create muscle knots in the hip above the injury. The purpose of the muscle knot is to reduce range of motion so that the injury has less to deal with and in that way it is assisting in healing. These knots in the hip are one of our Aging Muscles and those knots never come out. Once we heal, a knot will be created on the opposite side to bring things back into balance. If we get too many of these knots in the hip it creates problems for woman’s menstrual cycle causing endometriosis.   There’s now a method to remove these knots, but it is not part of The Perfect Back kit due to its negative side effects of creating instability in the knee or leg that caused it.  At some point, people may decide the negative consequences are worth removing those knots, and when that happens they will have to contact me at The Perfect Back to get the therapy.

The problem with removing these growths that form through surgery (which are waded up muscle) is that it eliminates the body being restored back to normal, when everything is perfectly aligned.

Headaches – There is more than one reason headaches form, but many could be eliminated by the proper care to our muscles. When the body is in balance you will have less headaches. Stress is a major contributor to headaches, and the one thing stress does is to make muscle knots in the neck and shoulders. If the knot forms on one side, it begins the body being unbalanced leading to your headache.

The one thing that concerns me is that health professionals have tried so hard to not take the muscular body serious. Why is that I wonder? Especially when the muscles can create so many problems for people. Yes the truth is horribly sad that we’ve been lied to for more than half a century.

Sincerely,

Theresa L. Brumfield
